Sales, service and trade-ins since 1987

The price on the window is the price.

Redwood Crest Motors sells and services vehicles from several manufacturers on one lot, with a parts and accessories counter that orders what the shop and the customer need. No add-on surprises at the desk, no guessing when your car will be done, and no calling the front counter to find out.

  • New and inspected pre-owned
  • 14 service bays
  • Parts and accessories counter
  • Trade-ins welcome

The lot

What is on the lot this week

We stock across brands so you can compare body styles side by side instead of driving across town. Ask us to watch for a particular configuration and a person on the sales floor tells you when one lands.

  • A midsize SUV parked at the edge of a tree-lined road in soft morning light
    Most popular

    Compact and midsize SUVs

The most requested category on the lot. All-wheel-drive options, third-row seating on select models, and plenty of low-mileage prior-year units.

  • A hybrid crossover charging in a dealership bay, cable plugged in, morning sun across the hood

    Hybrids and plug-ins

Sedans, hatchbacks and crossovers that spend most of their time on battery. A typical pre-owned example: a two-year-old midsize hybrid SUV with one owner and low miles.

  • A white work pickup with a ladder rack at a gravel job site, early morning

    Work trucks and vans

Half-ton and three-quarter-ton pickups, cargo vans and a handful of upfitted units. Fleet buyers who ask us to watch for a configuration hear from a person the day it is unloaded.

  • A technician's gloved hand checking tread depth on a pre-owned sedan tire inside the inspection bay
    Inspected

    Inspected pre-owned

Late-model vehicles that passed our 160-point inspection with the paperwork to show it. A typical example: a three-year-old compact sedan with service records included.

Every listing shows the full out-the-door price. Dealer add-ons are itemized and optional.

The service drive

Fourteen bays, technicians trained on every make we sell, and a phone that stays in your pocket.

Our service department handles maintenance and repairs for every brand we sell, and most that we do not. Oil changes and tire rotations are usually done in under an hour; larger jobs get a written estimate before anyone picks up a wrench.

The part customers mention most is not the work, it is the waiting. So we stopped making you call. When your vehicle is checked in, diagnosed, or ready, a person at the service desk sends you a short Blast from Redwood Crest. No hold music, no voicemail tag.

  • Loaner vehicles for repairs over four hours, reserved when you book
  • Online scheduling with real appointment times, not arrival windows
  • Checked in, estimate ready, vehicle ready: each one a note a person at the service desk sends by Blast

The parts counter

Parts and accessories for every brand we sell, and a person who tells you when yours is in.

Original-equipment and quality aftermarket parts, accessories fitted in our own bays, and special orders that arrive in a few days. Bring the year, model and VIN, or the plate, and the counter finds the right part.

  • Parts for what you own

Filters, brakes, batteries, wipers and the wear parts every make needs, stocked for the brands we sell. If it is not on the shelf, we order it and the counter tells you when it lands.

  • Accessories, fitted here

Bed covers, roof racks, towing packages, all-weather mats and running boards, installed by the same technicians who service your vehicle. Reply to the parts note with a day that suits and the counter books the bay.

  • Seasonal and special orders

Winter tires in October, wiper blades before the first storm, the trim piece nobody stocks. Every special order is a person's promise: the counter reads the delivery and sends you one line when it is in.

The parts counter is open Monday to Saturday. Special-order status lives in our parts system; a person reads it and tells you. Nothing about your order is automated.

Updates

One dealership. Years of reasons to stay in touch.

Redwood Crest uses Blasts for the notes a customer is glad to get: the truck you asked us to watch for, where your service work stands, the part that came in, the note before the first freeze and the owner clinic. Sales, service and parts each send to the customers who asked.

Join with an email address at any counter or on your delivery paperwork, or enter the enrollment code printed on your work order in the free Blasts app: we accept the request, or you are on the list by email right away. Then pick what you want to hear about: Shopping & Availability, Service, Parts & Accessories, Owner Updates, Events, and the lines we sell.

A person here sends every message. Nothing is automatic: the sales floor knows the truck landed, the service desk knows the job is done, the parts counter knows the order is in. You can change what you hear about, mute us or disconnect at any time, and we can see whether a message was delivered or read so nobody is left waiting for a call.

Blasts is the direct communication platform at Blasts.app. Customers receive Blasts on their phone or in their browser, approve who can reach them, and can revoke any sender instantly.

I bought my truck here in 2019 and I have had it serviced here ever since. The thing I tell people is that I have never once had to call and ask where my vehicle was. It just shows up on my phone: checked in, needs brakes, here is the number, it is ready.

Financing and trade-ins

Four steps, in the order they actually happen.

Most people finish the whole thing in under 90 minutes. You can start the first three from your couch.

  • Tell us about your trade

Year, mileage, condition and a few photos. Our used-car manager reviews every submission personally and sends a written range, good for seven days, so you can shop it if you want to.

    10 minutes online

  • Get pre-qualified

A short application that does not affect your credit until you decide to move forward. We work with a panel of lenders and present the options side by side, with every fee shown.

    Same-day response

  • Pick the vehicle and the terms

Choose from stock, or ask us to watch for something specific and a person on the sales floor tells you when it lands. Term length, down payment and protection products are all optional line items you can add or remove yourself.

    In person or by Blast

  • Sign and drive

Paperwork is prepared before you arrive. The finance office walks you through each page, plates and registration are handled here, and you leave with a full tank.

    About 40 minutes

We do not quote rates on this page because your rate depends on you. Ask the finance office and you will get a real number, in writing.

Our team

The four people you will actually deal with.

Sales, service, parts and finance each have a manager whose name is on the door. If something goes sideways, these are the people who fix it.

  • Elena Marchetti standing in the showroom beside a vehicle, tablet in hand

    Elena Marchetti

    Sales Manager

Nineteen years on this lot, the last eight running the sales floor. Sets the pricing policy and reads every reply to an arrival note with the sales team.

  • Raj Venkataraman in a service uniform at the write-up counter, half-turned toward the bays

    Raj Venkataraman

    Service Manager

Started as a lube tech in 2009 and now runs all 14 bays and the loaner fleet. Insists on written estimates before any work begins, and on the ready note going out the minute a job closes.

  • Marcus Bell standing at the parts counter with parts manuals and shelving behind

    Marcus Bell

    Parts Manager

Twelve years behind the counter, the last four running it. Orders what the shop and the customer need, and sends the one-line note himself when a special order lands.

  • Dana Whitlock seated at a tidy finance office desk, reading glasses on, papers squared in front of her

    Dana Whitlock

    Finance Director

Handles lender relationships and every contract that leaves the building. Known for explaining each page before asking for a signature.

How service works

Pick a real time. Get a real update.

Customers choose a day and an appointment slot, describe what they are hearing or seeing, and reserve a loaner if they need one. The service desk confirms by Blast and keeps them posted until the keys are back in their hand.
